Choose Heart's approach isn’t focused on processing your past, figuring out your future, or even solving the problems of your present.
Instead, by exploring together within a sincere & committed space, we arrive at a more open, connected, & vital relationship with the genuine Heart of your Life.
Anchored ever-more deeply in this Heart-Awakened space, your untapped capacity to courageously meet & transform past, present, & future becomes available as a natural embodiment of ease, energy, clarity, & agency.

METHOD AUDIENCE
~Ideal Participants~
The Choose Heart method is ideal for those:
Sensing there is more of themself & their life still to be discovered, and seeking a way to achieve this potential
Tired of relying on habits, willpower, or techniques to manage and deal with life, and instead seeking a greater sense of naturalness, ease, freedom, and joy
Struggling to make a definitive change or break out of an entrenched & limiting pattern or coping mechanism
Ready & willing to let go of their attachment to their historic identity or ego-story for the sake of a deeper, fuller, and richer experience of life
This method may not be ideal for those:
Struggling with basic self-regulation (I recommend psychotherapeutic approaches such as CBT or DBT)
With acute unresolved trauma (I recommend Somatic Experiencing or psychedelic-assisted therapy)
Wanting a diagnosis, a pathological approach, or medication (I recommend psychiatry or psychoanalysis)
