Basic Info

• The format is over Zoom

• The groups are 'open invite', meaning there is no ongoing commitment & you can drop in to a group at your convenience

• The group is capped at 10 participants, with the minimum being 5 for a group to happen

• The length of a practice group is 2 hours, usually with a short break somewhere in the middle

• The cost of attending a group is $40

• RSVP's will be required by 3 days before the event (to make sure participation is at least 5 and no more than 10)

• Payment will be due at the time of RSVP'ing
