Come & join us for a short & sweet meditation group rooted in the 5 Choices of the Heart framework. This practice supports you to cultivate your experiential accessibility to the 5 Choices within the present moment, and by extension, your daily life.
Learn to live with more intimacy & courage; illuminate & integrate your shadow; awaken the energy of your innate love & devotion; and let go so that you may fully live.
Basic Info
The meditation group is over Zoom
The group is 'open invite', meaning there is no ongoing commitment & you can drop in to a group at your convenience
The practice is comprised of 30 minutes of guided practice, including 5 minutes of simple breathwork at the beginning to balance & settle
Some intro & outro bookending the exercise, making it a total of 45 minutes
Our meditation is donation-based (no payment expected)
